    After spending several weeks exploring the “Become a Franchise Owner” section of the Driving Miss Daisy website, I decided to take the leap. The idea of running my own business from home, being part of a growing organisation in the UK, and serving my local community was very appealing. I set up in 2021 and became the proud franchise owner of Driving Miss Daisy – Forest of Dean. I work closely with Companion Drivers Martin and David, who both provide exceptional service to our customers.

    Thanks so much for fitting in my to and from Manchester trips at relatively short notice. I have super-positive vibes about your service, I think Driving Miss Daisy is totally brilliant, thank you guys, for providing such a brilliant, reliable and utterly trustworthy service. I am eternally grateful to you both for helping me out, at a time when I really needed it, and giving me friendship and respect, so I was able to regain my confidence, and therefore resume my independence, and move on with my life after losing my lovely husband Rob.     My Brother and Sister in law booked Driving Miss Daisy Lydney for my Mum to go to a wedding in Bristol. Glyn was the most perfect Gentleman you could have wished for. Totally person centred, nothing was too much trouble and he looked after Mum incredibly well. We could not have asked for anything better. I would recommend this Service to everyone.

    Glyn and Martin support our care home and residents regularly. Most importantly, they support us with fortnightly trips out for residents - whether this be to a park, a garden centre, a cathedral or Butterfly Zoo! Both Glyn and Martin are absolutely wonderful with our residents, always engaging and helping them enjoy the experience. Their transport is able to assist with 1 wheelchair user, and they're always on hand to help. Thank you both for your support !!

    I can honestly say this has been the best taxi service I have ever used! We had transport with an electric wheelchair (which may I add fitted perfectly with mountains of space for cases) to and from Heathrow Airport for a holiday. Glyn was extremely friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make this a great experience and was so helpful with baggage at the airports and unloading when we got back! If you are looking for any transport this by far is the company to go to! Will definitely use again and want to thank Glyn for his help and service as it truly was an excellent experience!
