However, he decided to explore new opportunities four years ago, accompanied by Karen, who had previously worked in administration. Their Driving Miss Daisy journey has been incredibly rewarding, allowing them to connect with a diverse range of people, including inspirational clients, their families, and support agencies.

Their commitment to meeting their client’s needs has earned them high praise within the industry, as is #TheDaisyWay; Ian and Karen go the extra mile to ensure their clients are safe, happy and well looked after. The service they offer is more than just a wheelchair taxi, and as their business expands, they are thrilled to welcome a new team member who will help them offer the Driving & Companion service to even more of the Burgh Castle community.
