An excellent experience with Simon, putting me into the wheelchair in Romsey and then driving me 20 miles to Southampton eye unit, taking me from test to test and he was very kind and thoughtful throughout. I got home 3 hours later having not had to get out of my wheelchair. It could not have been a better experience.

Simon Fitzgerald (Romsey) provided an excellent service. He stepped in to help out when I had been let down by another company who cancelled the booking to drive my wheelchair-bound mother from a nursing home in Hampshire to her home in Surrey. He arrived early, was pleasant and extremely helpful, putting my mother at ease. He also helped out when they arrived at her flat. He pushed her wheelchair into her flat, then unloaded all her belongings and moved those in for her too, helping her carer. He also called me to confirm that she was safely back in her home. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the Winchester branch because both of them went out of their way to help when I had been let down by the company recommended by the nursing home.

Booked Simon for a short journey from our home to the Plaza theatre. He arrived in plenty of time, was polite and friendly. Felt very safe in his car. He allowed plenty of time to get in and out of the vehicle without making me feel rushed or a burden. Will def book again and highly recommend. I felt like I had my very own chauffeur. Thank you Simon
