Hi, I’m Glyn. I have had various job roles over the years. These include Airport Management, Sales Representative and running my own business as a flooring contractor. More recently, I worked as a Construction Site Manager, but I decided it was time for a change and to work closer to home. So I began searching for driving jobs in my local area and discovered the Driving Miss Daisy franchise.

 After spending several days browsing the Driving Miss Daisy website, I decided to take the plunge. The idea of running my own business, working from home and serving my local community was very appealing. I am now a proud franchise owner of Driving Miss Daisy in Lydney in Gloucestershire. I now have a second wheelchair-accessible vehicle and work hand in hand with Companion Driver, Paula, who is exceptional with our customers. Our primary goal is to take people where they need to go. I am thrilled to be a Daisy companion driver, meeting new clients, having regular customers and listening to their stories. It’s a fulfilling role.
