I’m Julie, a mum to three wonderful grown up children. Being a mum has taught me how to become an excellent organiser. I love a natter, and listen to people’s life stories. My professional background is in customer service, but I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I’ve volunteered at schools in the past, and through personal experiences, I’ve developed a deep understanding of children with Autism.

I became interested in a Driving Miss Daisy franchise a few years ago. Unfortunately, circumstances beyond my control prevented me from pursuing it. However, I already provided companionship to an elderly lady named Dorothy, whose husband had Alzheimer’s and needed assistance. I helped by taking him for walks to keep him active. After Dorothy’s husband passed away, I continued to assist her and found it fulfilling. This experience made me realise that Driving Miss Daisy could be an excellent way to help people like Dorothy in the Chesham area. I aspire for Driving Miss Daisy Chesham to become a household name for providing accessible transport, reassurance and peace of mind to the community. Knowing that a friendly face will always be readily available would be comforting.
